Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Highways infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet client specifications. You will play a key role in shaping a safe and inclusive working environment while leading teams and collaborating with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
xc2xb7Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with CDM regulations.
xc2xb7Promote and embed Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (E.D.I.).
xc2xb7Collaborate with designers for timely, buildable designs.
xc2xb7Plan and lead workshops to optimize project delivery.
xc2xb7Recruit and onboard staff as needed.
xc2xb7Select and manage Supply Chain partners with the Commercial Team.
xc2xb7Ensure all regulatory requirements are met before work begins.
xc2xb7Oversee planning and delivery at every project phase.
xc2xb7Appoint and manage Temporary Works Coordinators.
xc2xb7Drive innovation in project technologies and techniques.
xc2xb7Manage risk with the Risk Manager and lead cost control with the Commercial Team.
xc2xb7Investigate incidents and ensure learnings are applied.
xc2xb7Maintain quality standards and meet Budget, Programme, and Scope.
xc2xb7Ensure adequate project resources and manage team redeployment post-project.
xc2xb7Complete and evidence project performance scoring.
xc2xb7Manage internal and external reporting.
xc2xb7Monitor and support team performance, offering guidance when necessary.
About You:
xc2xb7Experience in ECI and Design & Build projects.
xc2xb7Strong coordination of Contractor Design with external consultants.
xc2xb7Experience in Public Realm projects.
xc2xb7Excellent collaboration skills with internal and external teams.
