Our client are a large infrastructure company that specialise in construction, Utilities, Highways and Rail. They are one of the UK\'s largest infrastructure employers. They are currently looking for a Project Manager - Building (Data Centre)

They are currently looking for a Project Manager to work on a large project in London. The role is working on a contract basis with the possibility of temp to perm.

The role is approximately 12 month contract role, with an hourly rate of up to \xc2\xa345.

Specifics
\xc2\xb7Previous experience working in a data centre
\xc2\xb7Previous experience working in the City of London (preferred)
\xc2\xb7Previous experience with party wall agreements (preferred)
\xc2\xb7Previous experience of demolition of a steel frame construction (preferred)
\xc2\xb7Previous experience of multi trade contractors inc MEP

Hours
\xc2\xb78 hours a day

Days
\xc2\xb7Monday to Friday

Pay
\xc2\xb7\xc2\xa340-\xc2\xa344.83 per hour PAYE
