NonStop Consulting is looking for a Project Manager based in the UK. Our client, a leading organisation in England, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team on a contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a hybrid environment, offering a mix of remote and on-site work. As our client continues to grow and take on exciting projects, they are looking for a dedicated professional to lead their construction projects from concept design to the construction stage.

Responsibilities:
\xe2\x80\x93 Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring their successful delivery from start to finish.
\xe2\x80\x93 Develop tender documents and oversee the procurement process to secure suitable contractors.
\xe2\x80\x93 Collaborate with stakeholders to define project specifications, objectives, and deliverables.
\xe2\x80\x93 Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

Requirements:
\xe2\x80\x93 Experienced Project Manager with a strong background in construction.
\xe2\x80\x93 Ability to manage construction projects from concept design to the construction stage.
\xe2\x80\x93 Engineering or Construction degree is desirable.
\xe2\x80\x93 Experience within the public sector would be advantageous.
\xe2\x80\x93 Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage project teams.
\xe2\x80\x93 Proven experience in developing tender documents.
\xe2\x80\x93 Security Clearance: SC \xe2\x80\x93 current active clearance is required to start the role.
