The SISJ programme is the industry catalyst for delivering better and simpler customer information to our people and our customers, on Great Britain\'s Railways. The programme is split into a series of projects that include making enhancements to customer information at the booking stage, journey to the station, at the station, on board the train. The role of the PM will be to lead on one or more of these projects, working with stakeholders to agree the approach and driving forward the project to ensure it achieves its objectives and outcomes.

This is currently a \xc2\xa324m portfolio, continuing through CP7, which engages with freight stakeholders across the industry to deliver safety improvement projects on a variety of scales that otherwise would not be covered by \'business as usual\'. It has a broad scope and will deliver c.150 schemes by the end of CP6- from safer walkways to innovative track equipment, security fencing to freight vehicle electronic tagging. The role of the PM will be all encompassing- leading on finding and taking new ideas from the drawing board to completion and delivering for external and internal stakeholders.
-a variety of freight improvement programmes. The Freight & National Passenger Operators team is one of our key clients, and we work closely with them to lead and deliver a number of schemes. These include Heavy Axle Weight safeguarding and regional structural refurbishment programme, schemes relating to freight growth and enabling \'longer/heavier\' services as well as support with account management, closer collaboration with NPOs and future planning.
