Permanent, 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm.

About the role





As a Project Manager (Business Transformation), you'll help deliver key transformational projects across Accent, specifically in the Assets & Compliance teams where we're implementing new systems including a Compliance system and a Case Management system. You'll report to the Head of Business Transformation and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with our objectives. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, act as a mentor to colleagues, create an environment of trust, drive collaboration and ultimately, play a vital role in our transformation.

Salary





The spot salary for this post is 57,685 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants, who do not meet all the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.


About you





With experience of managing large-scale, cross-functional projects, ideally with experience of managing housing or assets and compliance system transformations, you'll have expertise in project management methodologies. You should also have experience in managing the full project lifecycle within digital implementation and business process improvement projects. You can implement change management, including delivering training and driving adoption, with an ability to present complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.


Project Manager (Business Transformation) Interviews





1st stage interviews will take place via Teams on Friday 16th May.



Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a Congruity questionnaire in advance.



2nd stage interviews will take place the week commencing 19th May. Interviews will consist of a presentation and competency interview.
