As a

Project Executive

at EMJ, you'll be at the heart of delivering a gold-medal experience for our clients. You'll manage projects from booking to publication, ensuring everything runs smoothly and our clients are delighted every step of the way.

What

you'll do:



Lead

client project delivery:

You'll take the lead on managing diverse client projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution and excellent results

Become a trusted advisor:

By deeply understanding client goals, you'll provide invaluable expert guidance and share best practices that help them reach their goal

Collaborate across teams and stakeholders:

to ensure projects are kept on track and delivered on time

Report on results:

You'll analyse project data to create clear and compelling reports that showcase the positive impact of your work for our clients.

Solve problems:

You'll use your problem-solving skills to navigate any obstacles and find creative solutions that ensure project success and client satisfaction.

Key Information



Salary:

30,000 - 35,000

Reports to:

Victoria Nash, Customer Engagement Director

Hours:

8.30am - 5pm, Mon-Fri

Working pattern:

Up to 2 days flexibility to work from home (FT in office during probation)

Location:

Moorgate, London

We offer a hybrid work environment, balancing office and remote work. To support your training and development during your initial three-month probation, this period will be fully office-based, five days a week. Following this, we anticipate a regular office presence of at least three days a week to maintain collaboration and team connection.
