Our client is currently looking to hire a Civil Engineer join one of the teams in their newly refurbished London office. The candidate will be required to design and manage their own smaller projects whilst working under supervision from their Associate and Team Director on larger more complex schemes.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of independent Civil Engineering led projects and also work on projects in close conjunction with our Structural Engineering teams.
Projects include: private residential, new build housing estate developments, education, arts and urban regeneration.
Requirements:
- with 3+ years of UK design experience
- Flood risk assessments
- Detailed design of SUDS & drainage
- Earthworks
- S104 & S106 applications
- Build over agreements
- S38 & S278 works
