Salary range: \xc2\xa326, 000 - \xc2\xa330,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm (Office based)

We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our client\'s expanding team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of telecommunications projects to it\'s valued customers.

About the role: As a Project Delivery Coordinator you will be at the forefront of the project delivery team, responsible for managing the entire process from order to installation. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining top-notch service levels for both internal and external customers. You will coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the delivery of products and services to customers, including Wholesale Line Rental, Data Connectivity Solutions, Hosted Telephony, and On-Site Telephony Systems.
  • Lead projects, manage processes, and provide weekly reporting through customer and supplier calls.
  • Act as the single point of contact during the delivery process, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular communication, support, and project status reports to customers via email and telephone.
  • Liaise, coordinate, and maintain relationships with carriers and suppliers as needed.
  • Support, coordinate, and maintain relationships with internal teams to facilitate project success.
About you:
  • Ideally you will hold a PRINCE2 qualification (Desirable).
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Project management experience is essential.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Adaptability and initiative to handle project challenges.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and effectively prioritise workload.
  • A self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
  • Commitment to continuous professional and personal development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to the overall success of the service delivery department and the organisation.
  • Logical thinker with an objective approach to work projects.
  • Excellent understanding of Telephony solutions.
