The project coordinator will support operations projects from initiation to completion.
Responsibilities
:
Maintain, monitor, raise and schedule jobs on company/client systems
Liaise with the operations management team to keep job details accurate
Daily rundowns
Dealing with any issues reported by team managers and escalating where required to relevant personnel within the team
Raise and manage permit requirements and applications
Monitor rejections and liaise with operations to resolve
Creating and sending weekly whereabouts
Create reports
Attend team meetings
Any other duties commensurate with the accountabilities for the role
Candidate Requirements:
Experience in a telecommunications or utilities company will be a major advantage.
Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Applications, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word.
The role will be office based but away from public transportation - Full UK clean driving licence and car are essential.
Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
Good communication and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
