Catalent Pharma Solutions are seeking to recruit a Project Associate to join our Project Management team at our Swindon Facility

The Project Associate is primarily responsible for supporting and managing cross-functional activities for assigned projects, typically for new product and existing commercial product development projects. Dependent upon the level of support or management required, the position may be the main point of customer contact for project related activities and will involve managing the execution of the customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirements as per an agreed upon program of activities.

The Role

Where designated, be primary point of customer contact on all project related issues and communication; ensure appropriate and timely communication is maintained. Lead and build cross-functional project teams comprising of representatives from relevant functions; chair internal and customer project teams.

Utilise company Project Management Methodology tools and templates to manage project.

Assist in the control and monitoring of the project progress to ensure that milestones are accomplished on time and escalated as needed.

Track milestones and budget associated to milestones for revenue recognition

Evaluate, highlight and escalate unresolved issues, potential barriers to project progression, and resources constraints to supervisor and/or key stakeholders. Represent the voice of the customer where necessary. Provide comprehensive and seamless, \xe2\x80\x9cOne Catalent approach to customers.

Ensure \xe2\x80\x9ctotal team preparedness\xe2\x80\x9d before customer interface sessions.

The Candidate

BSc/MScBEng/MEng Chemistry/Pharmacy/Engineering or relevant discipline.

Relevant experience to include project management, business development and maintenance, operations, customer service, and/or pharmaceutical development.

Experience handling customer projects preferred.

Demonstrated leadership capability.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Organised, results-oriented, and strategic thinker.

Familiarity with the Drug Development Process, as appropriate.

Versed with MS Project and timeline preparation and maintenance.

Familiarity with LSS principles; Operational Excellence
