Role
The Projects Assistant role is a mainly administrative position to support the Project Manager with the delivery of visual merchandising projects ranging from instore displays to opening of luxury Boutiques, all in accordance with the brand guidelines. Provide assistance to the Visual Merchandisers who are field based and responsible for the Visual Merchandising. Provide administrative support and keep up to date on the coding of invoices, details of project plans and maintenance of project budgets.
Key Duties
\xef\xbf\xbd Check Quotation to Invoice for goods/services are correct and investigate any discrepancies.
\xef\xbf\xbd Obtain invoice approval from Project Manager before submitting to Finance.
\xef\xbf\xbd Assist in the generation of recharges of projects to partners.
\xef\xbf\xbd Place orders for display items.
\xef\xbf\xbd Liaise with external display / store fitters regarding measurements, costs and delivery schedules
\xef\xbf\xbd Assist the Project manager in briefing Head Office team and ensuring the information is input to internal systems in a timely manner.
\xef\xbf\xbd Make sure all display & visual requests are submitted using the correct procedures and that full accountability for spend and budget is up to date.
\xef\xbf\xbd Input data in order to support the analysis of store financials and KPI results provided by the Visual Merchandisers.
\xef\xbf\xbd Working with Head office on ad hoc projects, Brand events and creative work.
