Role Overview:

We are looking for highly motivated and detail-oriented Summer Interns to join TT Media as Project Assistants. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with project managers and operational teams, supporting real client projects and gaining first-hand experience in a fast-paced international agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing project activities. Support project tracking, documentation, and reporting. Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project progress. Conduct research and gather information for project proposals and client solutions. Help prepare presentations, reports, and meeting notes. Perform general administrative and operational support tasks as required.

Requirements:

Current university student or recent graduate (Bachelor's or Master's degree). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proactive attitude, fast learner, and team player. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent. Previous experience in project support, marketing, or administrative roles is a plus.
