Our client, an established and unique property developer, are seeking a Project Architect to join their team based by Liverpool Street Station, London. They have developed new clients within the area and are seeking a talented Architect with excellent design skills to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Architect to further their career within a busy and thriving environment. Our client are receptive in their search, so Senior Architects with strong job running experience are encouraged to apply.The most successful Project Architect should have design flare and should be able to display this with a high-quality portfolio. Our client has developed a well-established business model, with many clients in and around London. They pride themselves on their approach to Architecture taking a sustainable approach to all of their work. They also have clients and projects across Surrey, Sussex, Cornwall and Internationally. Projects vary from single dwelling, bespoke projects to larger scale projects up to the value of around xc2xa36m. Experience running projects is essential for this position. Our client predominantly works within the residential, listed buildings, conservation and hospitality sectors so ideally the successful candidate will have experience in one of these sectors. Our client uses Vectorworks as their primary software so previous use of this software would be advantageous.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Architect to further their career within a busy office with a vast & interesting pipeline of projects, predominately within the residential & hospitality sectors. • Liaising with clients on site & attending site meetings
• Producing high-quality drawings on Vectorworks
• Meeting with the council & other professionals
• Work closely with the contractor on-site to ensure the successful delivery of projects
• Working on various exciting projects in the Hospitality & Residential sectors that have various conservation or listed building aspects
• Work closely with clients
• Develop and refine design briefs to unlock a building's full potential
• Design stunning projects and manage them from Inception to Completion

Project Architect Position Requirements

• Proficiency with Vectorworks software
• Good knowledge of planning applications / process
• Strong job running experience
• Keen interested in listed buildings
• ARB Qualified Architect
• Prior experience working on Hospitality or Residential sectors highly advantageous
• Have good travel links to Liverpool Street station (or close by)
• Highly motivated & team player

• Competitive salary (xc2xa345,000 - xc2xa355,000 DOE)
