Summary

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Architect to join a highly creative, concept-focused firm in London \xe2\x80\x93 if you are excited about working on international hospitality masterplans and bespoke villas in the Middle East and around the World, this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptual Design: Collaborate with the design team to develop and refine design concepts for hospitality masterplans, luxury resorts, and housing schemes.
• Technical Expertise: Translate design concepts into technical drawings and construction documents using Rhino and Revit software.
• Project Management: Manage and oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure successful project delivery.
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs and objectives, and present design solutions effectively.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including interior designers, landscape architects, and engineers to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Site Supervision: Participate in site visits and construction administration to ensure design intent is realised during the construction phase.
• Innovation: Contribute to the firm\xe2\x80\x99s innovative approach to design and sustainability in the hospitality industry.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years\' experience working on international projects.
• ARB registered is preferred, Part II is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Rhino and Revit software for design and documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interaction.
• A keen eye for design, an innovative spirit, and a passion for delivering exceptional projects.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and international travel.
