Superb opportunity for a Project Architect to join one of the UK\'s leading Architectural practices, to be based in their Birmingham office.

The practice feature prominently in the list of AJ100 practices, and have multiple offices throughout the UK and internationally. The Birmingham office is now seeking to recruit a Project Architect as a result of ongoing growth and success.

A Project Architect with a proven background in the Residential, Student Accommodation & Commercial sectors would be looked upon favourably for this role, alongside full proficiency in the use of Revit. The practice work in multiple sectors other than the aforementioned, so the opportunity for variety is very much available. Other areas worked within include; Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, Workplace and Industrial schemes.

The Project Architect this role will ideally hold at least 3 years of post Part 3 experience. Progression routes are clear within the office, and the Senior Architect in this position will have the chance to progress through to Associate level and beyond.

Other requirements of the Project Architect as follows:

\xc2\xb7ARB registration / RIBA chartered (desirable)
\xc2\xb7Job running experience and the ability to lead a small team of Architectural Assistants and Architects
\xc2\xb7Client facing experience, and comfortable dealing with clients on a one on one basis
\xc2\xb7Varied sector experience in areas such as; Residential, Education, Commercial and more.
\xc2\xb73-5 years of Revit experience

In return, the Senior Architect will receive a salary in the region of \xc2\xa338,000-\xc2\xa344,000 per annum dependant on experience, alongside a competitive benefits package.
