The role is responsible for providing project analyst support to projects, applying the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s project delivery standards.

Working as part of the core project team, the role will collate and source relevant information from business areas to enable development and maintenance of project plans, as directed by the Project Manager.

We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for someone with a diligent attitude, brilliant attention to detail, and the ability to solve queries as they arise.

Supporting the Project Manager in the operation of project governance, including organising meetings and working groups, preparing project related governance materials & documentation and capturing and tracking action logs

Understanding the target outcomes of the project, and ensuring that the delivery approach and milestone are executed effectively.

Ensuring projects are managed effectively with regards to financial tracking of costs and projected forecasts

Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external project stakeholders

Strong communication and organisation skillset with a desire to develop skills in project delivery.

Previous knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Experience with tracking of financials and awareness of key planning and project management methods, tools and techniques.

It would also be nice for you to have.

Previous experience in a PMO (Project Management Office) environment (desirable not essential)

Previous experience working in financial services (desirable not essential)

Experience with tracking of financials and awareness of key planning and project management methods, tools and techniques.

Excellent communication skills with stakeholder management experience

Data analysis skills, with the ability to create presentations based on project information.
