As a Project Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and completion of projects that align with our strategic vision. We're flexible on how the 22.5 hours per week are distributed, across either 4 or 5 days to suit your preference.

What you'll be doing as our new Project Administrator:
Data Management:
Collecting data from various sources and inputting it into standard formats for accurate reporting.
Document Preparation:
Creating and updating moderately complex documents using office software, and summarising data for reports and dashboards.
System Administration:
Managing the local document management system for projects, ensuring consistency and relevance of files and content, and providing appropriate access rights to stakeholders.
Meeting Coordination:
Scheduling appointments, organising meetings and conferences, and occasionally arranging travel plans.
Technical Support:
Producing, updating, and providing best practice support on a wide range of Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems.
Continuous Improvement:
Participating in training and development activities to enhance your skills and maintain excellent process or technical skills.
Skills & experience that will set you up for success in this role:
Experience:
Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently to meet deadlines.
Organisational Skills:
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and reporting.
Business Acumen:
Familiarity with business operations and processes, and the ability to work positively with stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in scheduling meetings and coordinating project-related activities.
Technical Proficiency:
Expertise in using Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint), and the ability to produce and update a wide range of documents and databases.
Proactive Approach:
Demonstrate a proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving, with a willingness to undertake additional training and certification in project methodologies.
Project Management Knowledge:
Basic understanding of project management principles, methodologies, best practices, and tools. (Desirable)*

When we work
Our standard working hours are 8:30 - 16:30 Monday - Thursday, early finish on Friday - 8:30 - 15:45. This role is part-time based on
22.5 hours per week
and we're open to discuss how these hours are distributed across 4 or 5 days.

We understand the benefits of remote and in-person collaboration, and therefore have a hybrid working model - you'll be expected to work from our office in Thatcham at least two days per week.
