HomeRewire is seeking an enthusiastic Project Administrator to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and has a keen eye for detail.

The role will involve onboarding new clients and managing them through background process while our electricians carry out work on site. You will be responsible for issuing job information to our teams, following up on sales and signing off the projects with our clients to ensure satisfaction. No electrical knowledge is required just a super organised approach and a fast working pace, while following set instructions.

Working Hours: 8 AM - 4 PM (with flexibility)

Your Role:

As a Project Administrator, you will play a vital role in organising and programming various projects while also having a sales focus to follow up on leads and enhance our customer service.

You'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently, and your excellent communication skills and proactive approach will help our projects shine!

Key Responsibilities:

- Organise and oversee the our projects from start to finish.

- Coordinate schedules and programming for all team members involved.

- Follow up on sales leads and provide excellent customer service to prospective and existing clients.

- Maintain accurate project documentation and records while performing basic administrative duties.

- Assist in problem-solving any issues that may arise during projects.

- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure everyone is on the same page.

- Contribute to our positive team culture and foster a collaborative work environment.

What We're Looking For:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A sales-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and timelines.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management software is essential.

- Previous experience in project administration or a similar role with sales responsibilities is preferred but not essential.

Pay: 28,080.00-34,080.00 per year
