This role is central to providing high-quality administrative support and effective project document control. As the key point of coordination, you will ensure documentation is accurately maintained, accessible, and up to date, supporting the wider team in delivering successful project outcomes.Key responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling, organising meetings and maintaining office systemsManage project documentation, ensuring that all documents are properly stored, organised and accessibleMaintain accurate records, databases and filing systems to ensure information is easily retrievableSupport in the co-ordination of events, meetings and appointments for the teamCollaborate with other teams across the business to enhance workflows, improve efficiency and increase customer satisfactionWork closely with the site team to ensure smooth coordination between office and field activitiesWhat are we looking for?We are looking for a highly organised and dependable individual who can take ownership of administrative processes and become the central support figure within the project team. You will be the xe2x80x9cgo toxe2x80x9d person-capable of keeping documentation in order, ensuring colleagues stay on track, and proactively driving progress where needed. Your ability to prioritise tasks, communicate effectively, and maintain attention to detail will be critical to success in this role.The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility and a hands-on approach, with the confidence to liaise across teams, including site-based personnel. As the role involves regular interaction with our site teams and may require occasional travel to other port locations, access to your own vehicle and a full UK driving licence are essential.
