The Role

B&FC are welcoming applications for a Part time Progress coach in Directorate for Students working on a fixed term basis till December 2023. Dates to be confirmed at interview stage.

You will be supporting students to progress in key performance areas; including attendance, achievement, overall success and onward progression

This is a SPOT salary aligned to other posts of equal value across the organisation therefore, we would be unable to offer any enhancements on the amount on the advert. The post does however, boast some additional enhanced benefits such as 14.4% employer pension contribution and 43 days annual leave amongst others.
