We're looking for a Programme Transformation Specialist to join our Chief Engineer team on this exciting Mains Renewal programme.EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW.As a Transformation Project & Change Manager you will be a key player in the formation of the Mains Renewals Programme. Reporting to the Programme Lead, you will assist and lead in the definition and then implementation of the strategic vision, to bring about the operational, cultural and behavioural changes needed to make the Mains Renewals Programme a success.The key accountabilities for the role are that:

  • You will be integral in defining and bringing to life the way in which Mains Renewal is established and the transition from and to a fully effective renewals programme
  • You will be responsible for ensuring we are making the cultural and behavioural changes necessary to succeed, working along and within the functions to drive performance and efficiency improvements in xe2x80x9chow we workxe2x80x9d
  • One of a few key members of the team that will be able to influence all aspects of the programme in how it operates
  • Able to adapt and react to a xe2x80x9cstart-upxe2x80x9d like workspace, navigate and provide solutions for the continuous improvement and problem solving that will be required across functions and disciplines
  • Responsible for writing and presenting your findings to key senior stakeholders to gain their buy-in against key milestones of the project
  • Resource and budget accountability as change initiatives progress
  • You will establish and maintain a great working relationship with key internal and external stakeholders including the Design, Construction & Programme Team, Commercial Capital Services, Chief Engineering and Water Networks.

A full UK driving licence will be required.When working with the business and have demonstratable experience of working on multiple projects at any one time.
