Compass Associates are working with a growing Children\xe2\x80\x99s Care and Specialist Education provider who due to development are seeking for a Programme Manager / Project Manager to lead on the programme management of their work streams across their residential homes, SEN schools and assessments for the next financial year.

We are looking for a Programme Manager with experienced in Children\xe2\x80\x99s Care and Education pathways mainly Ofsted or those coming a healthcare / NHS backgrounds.

This role is a permanent post for a prominent and well-respected provider, you will head up the timely opening of all new homes in line with forecasts, ensuring that leads for each pathway (residential homes, SEN schools and assessments) are reaching their deadlines with accuracy. You will also be responsible for all compliance paperwork completed, Ofsted enquiries are dealt with promptly and liaise with other departments HR, Estates etc to ensure all requirements are met in time for the opening.

You will have autonomy to manage your own workload with work from home (WFH) and occasional travel to their Head Office (based in the Midlands) to lead the Programme / Transformation meetings.

Experience you will have

\xe2\x80\x93 Either direct or indirect experience of transformation across Children\xe2\x80\x99s Care, Specialist Education or NHS / Private Healthcare care based services
\xe2\x80\x93 Experience of planning and delivering projects
\xe2\x80\x93 Knowledge on building processes particularly stage gate processes
\xe2\x80\x93 Technology savvy and experience in digital transformation is also desirable
\xe2\x80\x93 Evidence of business growth or improvement within the public or private sector
\xe2\x80\x93 PRINCE2 qualifications or equivalent is also advantageous
