Stantec is entering an exciting period of growth in both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. With offices in both Dublin and Belfast and plans for further expansion, we look forward to delivering a range of projects on both the Uisce Eireann and the Northern Ireland water frameworks in the coming years.

Currently, we are seeking Programme Management Office (PMO) professionals to join us in Dublin and Belfast. This is an opportunity to join a group with a significant track record of successful delivery across the UK & Ireland. Supporting our clients to deliver efficient and innovative solutions, we provide Programme Management and Integrator Services to some of the largest capital investment programmes across the Water, Energy and Transport Sectors.

As a key member of a programme management office, your role will involve developing, implementing, and managing processes and systems across the PMO. You will oversee planning and scheduling to provide support, guidance and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders. You will analyse financial, commercial, risk and performance data and performing assurance at a programme level.

You will lead on Financial and Performance reporting to senior management as well as overseeing stakeholder management across the PMO group as well as the wider business.

About You

You will be a PMO Professional, working towards an industry recognised qualification with previous experience within a Programme / Capital Delivery Environment. You will have the ability to successfully engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels to drive beneficial change.

You will also have skills in performance management, planning, controls & resourcing, with a strong understanding in areas such as finance, technology and process. Your passion for delivering high quality client service and solutions will be crucial to your success with Stantec.
