Programme Manager Responsibilities

Strategic Vision Execution - Break down strategic visions into interconnected projects and ensure each project contributes to realising the overall vision.

Project Interface Management - act as the interface for project managers leading interconnected projects and make decisions that impact the success of all projects within the program.

Data-driven Decision Making - Use data and analysis to predict, understand, and influence project outcomes and employ strategic foresight for effective decision-making.

Risk Management and Budgeting - Navigate project complexities, manage risk, define budgets, time requirements and establish objectives.

Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to project managers and teams.

Bring innovation and collaboration to program management.

Programme Manager Requirements

• Large-scale complex technology transformation - delivering programs across multiple geographies such as network transformation, cloud migrations, data & AI, data centre migrations, cloud applications, security & resiliency and digital workplace.
• Commercial acumen & risk management - you must have experience of a \'fixed price\' and \'fixed time\' approach. You will have personally managed budgets worth a minimum of \xc2\xa350million.
• Cost & scope management - being directly responsible for asset & resource prioritisation and managing vendor relationships and contracts.
• Project management certifications & Agile delivery expertise - PRINCE2, PMP, PgMP, Scrum, Kanban, DevOps etc.
• Reporting - knowledge of BI reporting, data analysis, dashboards and operational reporting.
• Establishing program governance.

Programme Manager Rate: \xc2\xa3800 - \xc2\xa31,000 Per day Inside IR35
