What you\'ll do
The Strategy Execution team is accountable for enabling the effective and efficient execution of Vodafone UK\'s (VFUK) strategy, including enterprise-wide delivery performance. The Programme Management Centre of Excellence (CoE) is a business-critical capability which drives the performance and quality of business programme delivery through a community of transformation professionals.
As a Programme Manager within VFUK\'s CoE, the role holder will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of their assigned programme of work to time, cost and quality. They will develop and lead programmes which drive the organisation\'s strategic direction through the delivery of agreed business outcomes. The Programme Manager is accountable for ensuring high cross-functional stakeholder satisfaction by making communication easy and transparent, while supporting issue resolution and decision making.
The Programme Manager will be an active member of the transformation community within the Centre of Excellence, supporting the Senior Manager to embed best practice and ensure consistent ways of working are implemented across delivery execution; maximising lessons learnt and creating a culture of continuous improvement. They will identify and share challenges to delivery, supporting the community in seeking their resolution. Key accountabilities include:
