Programme Manager

Programme Manager Responsibilities

• Strategic Vision Execution - Break down strategic visions into interconnected projects and ensure each project contributes to realising the overall vision.
• Project Interface Management - act as the interface for project managers leading interconnected projects and make decisions that impact the success of all projects within the program.
• Data-driven Decision Making - Use data and analysis to predict, understand, and influence project outcomes and employ strategic foresight for effective decision-making.
• Risk Management and Budgeting - Navigate project complexities, manage risk, define budgets, time requirements and establish objectives.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to project managers and teams.
• Bring innovation and collaboration to program management.

Programme Manager Requirements

• Large-scale complex technology transformation - delivering programs across multiple geographies such as network transformation, cloud migrations, data & AI, data centre migrations, cloud applications, security & resiliency and digital workplace.
• Commercial acumen & risk management - you must have experience of a \'fixed price\' and \'fixed time\' approach. You will have personally managed budgets worth a minimum of \xc2\xa350million.
• Cost & scope management - being directly responsible for asset & resource prioritisation and managing vendor relationships and contracts.
• Project management certifications & Agile delivery expertise - PRINCE2, PMP, PgMP, Scrum, Kanban, DevOps etc.
• Reporting - knowledge of BI reporting, data analysis, dashboards and operational reporting.
• Establishing program governance.

Programme Manager Benefits

• Base Salary: \xc2\xa3100,000 - \xc2\xa3150,000 (DOE)
