Full Time - 35 Hours per Week

Fixed Term Contract - 6 Months

The Opportunity:

The School of Health in Social Science is looking for a programme administrator to provide a high standard of administrative support for our MSc Psychology of Mental Health (Conversion) programme within our Clinical Psychology subject area, working alongside other members of the Teaching Office and assisting the Programme Director and the School\'s Student and Academic Services Manager. The post holders will provide excellent customer service and support to staff, current students and applicants, mainly via email and digital platforms. The role will involve using multiple systems and software.

The post will involve a mixture of office and home working.

Your skills and attributes for success:

  • Experience of working within a team but also using initiative and judgement to make day-to-day decisions independently
  • Experience of delivering tasks with a high level of accuracy
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office packages
  • Experience of problem solving and flexibility within a fast changing environment
