Channel Solutions
Channel solutions exists to evolve how we engage with clients over the activation of media, its contribution to business performance and how integration of capabilities and thinking are the critical element to driving growth for clients. Optimising media isn\'t enough, we need to understand the eco-system that influences true business performance, and the role media plays in influencing that.
As part of Channel Solutions, there is a collective of Channel management, the activation of media, Channel Strategy, the connection between media and business performance, and Channel Development, the project managers and integrators to capabilities that exist beyond media and into the wider network and client.
The Role
A role exists within Mindshare Channels & Solutions within a growing Programmatic specialist team. We are looking for an experience Programmatic senior account executive who will play an instrumental role in further developing our offering by taking ownership of the ongoing client engagement, managing Programmatic delivery with support from Programmatic Account Manager to implement the strategic vision and execute best practice activation. In this role, you will also work closely with other sister agencies in the network, creative agencies, data teams, PR etc.
Booking.com client activity delivers against core brand objectives, as we strive to increase awareness and consideration of the brand and corresponding products in the US market. There is significant investment planned against key partners in the US market, as we look to move the dial on these key performance indicators for the brand. The candidate will work closely with the Mindshare investment team based in the New York, to ensure seamless planning and activation for the market. Mindshare have had a long lasting relationship with Booking.com (the longest of any agency they work with) and this role is an evolution of the buying model from direct to programmatic, as we enter a new chapter with them.
The Ideal Candidate
The candidate will report to the Programmatic Account Manager. Working within the Programmatic team, they will be integral to achieving client goals, and the development and optimization of Programmatic activity as part of integrated multi-channel campaigns. The ideal candidate will have proven experience of successfully planning, executing and optimizing Programmatic campaigns. They will need to demonstrate knowledge of native platform suppliers and 3rd party providers, as well as developing an understanding of their available products and services.
