What you will be doing
We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Programmatic Account Manager to join Dentsu in this client-facing management role for a large, global consumer packaged goods client. You\xe2\x80\x99ll join our Global Addressable Media team to lead the transformation of the digital advertising industry. The team works across London and Amsterdam, delivering digital media services to connect brands with consumers via best-in-class digital ad experiences and driving sustainable growth.
As Client Manager, you\xe2\x80\x99ll work alongside our programmatic trading team to execute digital campaigns in EMEA. We have over 30 different nationalities in our teams and work closely with teams of Google, Teads, and many others to learn and use most of those technologies.

Developing and executing innovative and creative solutions to client briefs, applying problem-solving and project management skills to meet and exceed client objectives.
Providing accurate plan details and updates to clients; setting an example to the team to keep abreast of current and future industry thinking and trends.
Working hand in hand with the programmatic trading team to execute briefs, within SLA and to the highest industry standards.
Working closely with the Carat planning and strategy team to plan programmatic media.
Building strong client relationships: educating clients in audience targeting, data management, and programmatic buying.
Providing reporting and post-campaign analysis for activity and coordinating the invoicing and payments process in line with contractual terms agreed.
Working closely with the Client Lead to grow the account.
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring
Experience working in the Addressable Media industry, with prior experience in Programmatic.
You greatly understand the digital media buying landscape and its real-time bidding techniques and terminology, particularly in DV360.
Strong account management, project management, and problem-solving skills; with the ability to pre-empt issues and be proactive in producing solutions.
Exceptional client servicing capacity, able to build and maintain strong relationships.
It would also be nice for you to have
Articulate, able to communicate value propositions and engage clients through exceptional storytelling skills.
What else do you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to know
This is a permanent role. The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. Currently, the team is in the office twice a week.
