Job Description

My client is currently seeking a Program Delivery Manager who will support the deployment of my client\'s new charge point infrastructure.

The Role
Primarily, you will manage resources at their disposal in the form of direct employee and subcontracted labour within the delivery phase of the network expansion maintaining visibility of each individual project, highlighting risks and monitoring cost control of projects while maintaining the highest Health and Safety record and Quality performance.

A key focus will be on the continual development of a robust Project Delivery process and development of the current and growing Project Management team to provide repeatable and reportable status updates into the business covering the main KPIs.

Key Performance Indicators
Delivery of individual installation projects and full program in line with agreed KPIs for the following:

• Installation in-time
• Installation to budget
• Installation delivery quality

Typically, direct reported will be

• The team of Project Managers for projects will report into this position.
• Additionally, access will be available to my clients\' employees for support with administrative tasks, Data Analysis, and Procurement.

Skills required:

• Excellent time management
• Mentoring and team building within Project Management
• Excellent communicator, being able to develop a professional working relationship with customer contacts and staff.
• Fiscally aware, being able to monitor project budget expenditure.
• Technical awareness (electrical / on-street / EVSE)
• Analytical
• Data-driven
• Excellent attention to detail
• IT literate with Google Suite / MS Office and analytical tools.
• Operate budget control spreadsheets.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within an electro-mechanical industry, highways delivery, or contracting environment being able to demonstrate the successful delivery of large-scale installation programs for electro-mechanical projects.
• Project Management qualification.
• ISO 9001 / 14001-aware.
• Electrical / HERS / IOSH qualification would be a benefit.
