Professional Support Lawyer (Banking), 5+ PQE, Birmingham, \xc2\xa365,000 - \xc2\xa380,000 (DOE). A leading international practice with a clear and focused strategy to recruitment is currently looking to appoint a Professional Support Lawyer into their Birmingham office. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years\' experience gained within a leading banking team and will be looking to develop their career as a PSL. OVERVIEW:

• This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious and hardworking solicitor to assist the Banking and Finance team in the areas of management, research and training & development.
• As the appointed Professional Support Lawyer, you will update and maintain precedents for the team, as well as produce guidance notes, focusing on real estate finance.
• The role involves coordinating and implementing the department\'s education and training programme, ensuring that fee earners receive appropriate training and development.
• The appointed Legal Professional will join a team comprised of highly experienced individuals, offer in-depth knowledge and guidance across a breadth of areas in banking and is committed to providing a sound legal service.
• This international practice has identified the need for a Professional Support Lawyer, specialising in Banking and Finance Law.
• The suitable candidate will have a minimum of 5 years\' PQE gained in all types of banking and finance law.
• You will have a self-starting approach to tasks and projects with the ability to work on your own initiative.
• You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under minimal supervision.
• Good organisational and communication skills are essential to be successful in this role.
• This role is ideal for someone ambitious, driven, and keen to support the department.
