Our client, a renowned name in their industry, is seeking a skilled Production Team Leader to oversee their packaging lines and drive operational excellence. The role:
- Lead and supervise the performance of packaging lines.
- Motivate and guide the team to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with management to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Monitor production processes and implement short interval controls.
- Conduct shift handover meetings and manage work schedules.
- Facilitate training and development for team members.
- Address any safety concerns or incidents promptly and appropriately.
- Support and drive the company\'s CI program.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing/production environment is essential.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Knowledge of the FMCG sector is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting targets and driving process improvements.
- Familiarity with safety standards and quality control principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
