Production Line Leader / Production Team Leader

\xc2\xa323,500 rising to 25000 after probation
Manucomm Recruitment are currently recruiting a Production Line leader / production team leader / Packaging Team leader for an expanding food manufacturer based in Honiton
Shifts AM 5am - 1.30pm and PM 1.30pm to 10pm Monday to Thursday. Friday finish at 9pm.
It is on a rotating shift pattern. AM one week, PM, the next week. Alternating.
The successful production line leader / production team leader will report into the Shift Manager and assist with the day to day running of the department.
Duties will include:
- Ensure shift runs smoothly and that the Plan is met
- Ensuring staff are, inducted, trained and assessed for the purpose of the job
- Performance manage staff
Key skills required:
\xc2\xb7Must have previous supervisory experience gained from working in an FMCG environment, ideally food, drink or pharmaceutical
\xc2\xb7Must have excellent communication skills
The successful person may previously have worked as a line leader, shift supervisor, Shift manager, team leader, controller, charge hand. Packaging team leader,
This role is commutable Honiton, Newton Abbott, Exeter, Taunton, Cullompton, Sidmouth, Ilminster, Axminster and surrounding areas.
