Hypnos is not your average workplace, so I didn't want to write your average job advert.

We are seeking a people oriented production team leader, however as I've already mentioned this isn't your average production based environment. We have little in the way of automation. The reason for this is due to the nature of the product we produce. The product is high quality, hand crafted products where attention to detail is everything.

So, if you are a team leader with current or previous experience working within a manufacturing environment with fantastic people leadership, a passion for continuous improvement and a strong attention to detail then this role could be for you.

Why is our factory so unique?

Our offering is fantastic for our customers, but brings operational challenges which must be overcome. The challenge is to produce a vast offering of handcrafted bespoke products in high volume.

How do we do this?

Its people, people are key to achieving this, so spending time with the teams is the largest aspect of the role. We train all of our people internally, dedicating a lot of time and resource into our training programmes and monitored/managing KPI's.

We operate a 45 hour week

Day Shift - Monday to Thursday, 6.30am to 4.45pm Friday 06:30am to 12:30pm with optional overtime hours often available on Fridays afternoons/Saturdays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-33,000.00 per year
