Job Description

MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a Production Team Leader for our successful Life Science client based in Larne. This is an exciting time to be part of an expanding manufacturing facility.
As the Production Team Leader you will:

• Drive productivity improvements and improve quality (reduction of rejects and complaints) daily.
• Provide regular feedback to team members on their performance.
• Monitor all team members - ensuring that training is complete and effective and that all associates comply with standard operating procedures
• Conduct interviews with team members returning to work after sickness absence and leave for dependents

You will have:

• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing industry
