Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and mechanical knowledge, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to motivate a team, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety. on a daily basis you will be managing a team of 6 staff.

Duties

Supervise daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards. Train and mentor team members on the proper use of power tools and hand tools for assembly tasks. Monitor workflow and address any issues that may arise during the production process. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with other departments to improve production efficiency and resolve any operational challenges. Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations. Prepare reports on production metrics, including output, quality control, and team performance.

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Minimum of 5 years. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
