We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Production Planning Manager to join our client\xe2\x80\x99s team in Stoke-on-Trent. As a Production Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our manufacturing processes and ensuring the effective allocation of resources.

A little bit about the role:

• Create and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands while maximising resource utilisation.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather production requirements and update schedules accordingly.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Analyse production data to identify trends and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• Evaluate production capacity and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
• Prepare reports and communicate production progress to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in production planning or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and MRP systems is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using production planning software and tools.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of UK manufacturing standards and regulations.
