Job Description
We are a Manufacturing Company based in Seaham looking to recruit general production operators on a permanent basis.
We are looking to hire motivated and hardworking individuals who would like to learn new skills.
Production experience is essential, preferably in the manufacturing industry
Immediate start dates available.
Duties
Adhere to Health & Safety
Ability to carry out tasks and functions as requested
Communicate effectively
Work as part of a team
Use hand tools safely
Flexibility to work on various sections as and when required
If after a successful probationary period of 12 weeks has been completed your hourly rate will increase.
Shift Rotation
Starting Rate
2 weeks day shift 7am - 3pm (Mon-Fri) 12.21
2 weeks back shift 3pm - 11pm (Mon-Fri) 13.71
2 weeks nightshift 11pm - 7am (Sun-Thurs) 15.21
After 12 Weeks
2 weeks day shift 7am - 3pm (Mon-Fri) 12.37
2 weeks back shift 3pm - 11pm (Mon-Fri) 13.87
2 weeks nightshift 11pm - 7am (Sun - Thurs) 15.37
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.21-15.21 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift Day shift Night shift
