Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and diligent engineer to join our manufacturing team in High Wycombe. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, building pcb's, building cables and assembly work. This role requires a solid understanding of mechanical principles, the ability to make and assemble components, and a commitment to ensuring high-quality output.

Responsibilities

Operate machinery safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols. Assemble products according to engineering drawings and specifications. Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot machinery issues and perform basic repairs as needed. Soldering, circuitry, electrical and mechanical assembly, test / inspection and quality control. Handle materials effectively within the warehouse environment, ensuring proper storage and inventory management. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets while maintaining quality standards.

Skills

Reliable and trustworthy Mechanical or engineering aptitude Service experience

Preferred Skills

Mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex machinery operations. Experience in fabricating, assembling, and soldering components. Competent in materials handling practices within a warehouse setting. Ability to work with various tooling equipment effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting machinery issues.
