THE ROLE We are currently looking for Production Operatives to join our team to help support our growing business. You will be operating a number of fast-moving Cup and Napkin machines in your role and will be focused on the day to day running of several fast-moving machines including undertaking tasks such as basic machine adjustments, lubrication of machinery and ensuring both housekeeping and quality standards are high whilst achieving production targets. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor this role with involve working: 4 on/4 off shift pattern (2 days 6am to 6pm/2 nights 6pm to 6am) The hourly rate for this role is \xc2\xa313.41 once training and probation (3months is completed). The training rate of \xc2\xa311.89 per hour will apply until training and probation is completed, after this you will be uplifted to \xc2\xa313.41 per hour.
