Staffline is recruiting for a Production Operative in Kings Lynn.

This role offers both full and part-time positions with a variety of day and night shifts available Monday - Friday.

Applicants must have a good level of physical fitness due to heavy lifting duties throughout the duration of their shift!

The hours of work are:
Day shifts:
- 6am - 2pm
- 2pm - 10pm
The rate of pay is \xc2\xa312 - \xc2\xa316.50 per hour.

Night shift:
- 10pm - 6am
The rate of pay is \xc2\xa312.66 - \xc2\xa318.49 per hour.

The suitable candidates could get a permanent contract with our client.

Please note that the rates of pay listed include a \xc2\xa31 bonus for attending 5 full shifts (40 hours) in a week. The rates of pay without the attendance bonus are \xc2\xa311 and \xc2\xa311.66 per hour respectively.

Your Time at Work

As a Production Operative for this site, you will work on a busy, automated production line.

You will pack foods into containers while checking the quality of the product and also label boxes.

It is essential that you are comfortable standing for long periods of time and completing repetitive work on a busy production line.

Our Perfect Worker

Our ideal Production Operative is happy to work in a busy, fast-paced warehouse environment and works well under pressure.

A good level of physical fitness is essential due to the nature of the role - heavy lifting tasks throughout each shift.

Previous factory experience would be beneficial but is not necessary as full training is provided.
