About Job:
You will support the production of high-quality seating products, adhering to company standards and SOPs. Key duties include sewing various chair models, testing new patterns, and providing feedback to improve designs. You will collaborate with colleagues, maintain a proactive approach, and identify opportunities to enhance production efficiency and quality.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Contribute to the production of seating products and accessories, ensuring adherence to company quality standards.
Follow and uphold company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and quality.
Exhibit flexibility and a proactive, 'can-do' attitude in achieving company objectives.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and develop sewing skills across various chair models.
Participate in the sewing of newly designed chairs and provide constructive feedback from trial runs.
Perform skilled sewing tasks to produce high-quality components and finished products.
Test new patterns for custom solutions, evaluating fit, design accuracy, and ease of assembly.
Proactively identify potential construction challenges during the sewing process and suggest improvements to enhance patterns and designs.
About You:

Essential:
Proficient in sewing with a strong attention to detail and quality.
Basic understanding of pattern-making techniques and processes.
Familiar with or open to learning digital pattern-making tools and technologies.
Capable of contributing to design improvement through iterative feedback and testing.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a flexible approach to overcoming technical challenges.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members.
Desirable:
Experience with pattern digitization and digital drafting software.
Background in furniture, textiles, or a related field, either through academic or hands-on experience.
Knowledge of furniture and production processes, with an understanding of how they influence design and production.
