Job Description

Staffline is recruiting for a Production Operative to work for our client, a leading producer of raw and chilled fish, in Redruth, Cornwall.

The rate of pay is \xc2\xa310.42 per hour.

This role offers fixed shifts, with full and part-time hours available.

The shifts available are:
- 6am to 3pm
- 3pm to 12am (midnight)
On occasion, to help fulfill urgent orders some overtime may be required.

We can offer support with transport.

We\'re delighted to offer a refer a friend scheme for \xc2\xa350. This will be paid after the referred person works 120 hours with 100% attendance.

Forklift Truck and English-speaking courses are available to candidates who are willing to learn.

Your Time at Work

The responsibilities of a Production Operative include:

- Working with raw and chilled fish
- De-boning to packing and preparing for delivery
- Lifting boxes and moving stock around

A variety of positions are available through your shift, so you\'re not stuck in one place throughout.

For the right candidate, this role offers the possibility of permanent work after 12 weeks.

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
