Looking for a new job offering an immediate start and weekly pay! The Recruitment Co. is immediately hiring Production Operatives in Northampton, NN6. This is not a standard production operative role, You will be working from a desk in a fantastic office!

Production Operative Pay Rate:

• Days \xc2\xa310.42 per hour

Hours of work as a Production Operative:

• Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday AM 07:00 AM \xe2\x80\x93 15:00 PM

Your role as a Production Operative:

\xe2\x97\x8f Printing smartcards \xe2\x80\x93 selecting the correct scheme and printing the smartcard, monitoring quality throughout
\xe2\x97\x8f Running mech mailer machine and booking out cards- processing the printed smartcard /letter
\xe2\x97\x8f Photograph and Document approval \xe2\x80\x93 checking that the submitted images fall into the guidelines and rejecting where necessary
\xe2\x97\x8f Duplicate matching \xe2\x80\x93 matching client details to previous applications
\xe2\x97\x8f Data Capture \xe2\x80\x93 with a high attention to detail and speed, capturing applicant\xe2\x80\x99s personal details and typing them into the data management system \xe2\x80\x93 InNovator;
\xe2\x97\x8f Mail processing \xe2\x80\x93 dealing with incoming and outgoing post

Key Skills
\xe2\x97\x8f An eye for detail and to be able to work quickly and efficiently in a busy card fulfilment environment;
\xe2\x97\x8f A flexible, disciplined, and positive customer focussed approach;
\xe2\x97\x8f An understanding of process workflows and the role each process plays;
\xe2\x97\x8f A high level of accuracy;
\xe2\x97\x8f A positive and confident attitude;
\xe2\x97\x8f Drive and energy;
\xe2\x97\x8f A working knowledge to high level on Microsoft Office, Google & smartcard applications
