The Opportunity

We're currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic

Production Operative

to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role that spans our three core manufacturing departments, offering the chance to develop a wide range of skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Whether you're experienced in manufacturing or just getting started, we'll provide comprehensive cross-training to help you succeed and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

Operate a variety of machinery and handheld tools with precision and care Assemble products according to specifications and production schedules Maintain clean, safe, and organised workspaces Follow all manufacturing processes and company procedures Adhere strictly to Health & Safety regulations Contribute to a positive team environment with a proactive and reliable approach

What We're Looking For

A strong work ethic and dependable attitude Willingness to learn and follow instructions Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality Experience in a production or manufacturing role is an advantage, but not essential - full training will be provided

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
