PRODUCTION OPERATIVES

Morson are exclusively recruiting for several Production Operative opportunities, operating machinary for the creation of ID documentation for various government and commercial organisations.

Whilst the Production Operatives are initially on a 3 month contract, the contract will likely be more long-term.

SHIFT PATTERN (guareteed weekly hours) - DAYS- 36 days holiday

\xc2\xa313.21 per hour PAYE PLUS \xc2\xa31.59 rising to \xc2\xa32.12 per hour after 12 weeks

EARLIES/LATES

37.5 hours per week

Week 1 earlies- Monday -Friday 6am-2.00pm

Week 2 lates \xe2\x80\x93 Monday-Friday 2.00-10pm

Experience required for the role is flexible, will consider those without manufacturing/production operative experience. Administration/retail backgrounds will be considered. Also those without workplace experience but willing to learn. Those from Printing backgronds would be highly suitable, although not essential.

Production Operative ROLE PROFILE

In this role you will operate each of the processes within the full work stream of activities within the personalisation and printing of ID Documentation.

This will include:

• Operating of BookMaster One personalisation machine
• Quality inspection
• Bowe Insertion machine
• Vault operations and goods receiving and shipping.
• You\xe2\x80\x99ll complete daily/ weekly maintenance tasks and work with your peers on 5S and problem solving activities

A week in the life of a Production operative:

• \xe2\x80\xa2 You\xe2\x80\x99ll complete daily maintenance and cleaning of the machines and surrounding areas.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 You\xe2\x80\x99ll operate the machines and/ or processes and rigorously follow the standard work for each of these tasksble
