Food Production Operative

We are looking for a self-motivated and reliable individual who is able to work as part of a small team producing high quality dairy products.

Full Training will be provided although previous experience of a Food Production environment and Food Hygiene Regulations would be an advantage.

Main Duties

Adhere to HACCP, BRCGS and food safety standards to maintain product quality and safety. Taking delivery of, booking-in, transfer, and storage of raw materials. Cleaning of production equipment and premises. Maintaining hygiene and quality standards. Labelling of finished goods and packaging. Production of mixes and finished products by following processes and recipes accurately. Completion of production, cleaning, and compliance paperwork. Transfer, storage, and boxing up of finished goods.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.92 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
