Production Operative with experience in Bentham, Nr Lancaster
Our client is a Manufacturing company trading over 220 years. They have new innovative processes using the latest technology. You will be part of the manufacturing team to produce high quality, high performance protection products.
This Production Operative position is a permanent role with 3 month probation period whilst training on the job. You could be working in one of many departments however the duties are very similar.
Duties Include:
- Helping out different departments
- Cutting lengths of textiles
- Tagging of products
- Loading machines
- You must be a good learner
- Have a good working ethic
- Previous manufacturing experience beneficial but not essential
- Previous machinery experience beneficial but not essential
- If you have a FLT Licence this is an advantage as part of the production role
Hours are 7am - 3:30pm and a possible 7am - 11:30am Friday depending on department.
33 days holiday a year - (25 plus 8 bank holidays ) PRO RATA
Group Life insurance 4 x salary from day one
Contributory Pension scheme (after 3 months)
Occupational Sick Pay after 6 months
