Job Description

Dellner Polymer Solutions Limited are one of six companies in the Swedish Dellner Bubenzer Group. Due to company growth we are recruiting for three roles within our Production area.

We are looking for individuals who will take responsibility for the assembly and quality of the products manufactured in the cell.

Main duties include:

Cutting and preparing rubber blanks ready for the mould Operation of heated hydraulic power presses of the products Identifying scrap and escalating any issues that arise to Adherence to strict process specifications and quality standards Preparation of small metal components for moulding process using shotblasting technology. Operation of bespoke assembly machinery of the products Adherence to strict process specifications and quality standards Quality checks of assembled rubber products Adherence to strict process specifications and quality standards. Trimming and bonding of final rubber products. Batch control and record keeping.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Experience in hand fabrication of rubber products would be desirable Experience in assembly of automotive products would be advantageous Experience in hand fabrication using hand and air tools is essential Dextrous and attention to detail is essential Able to read follow and understand detailed manufacturing specification and standard operating procedures. Ability to understand dimensions and tolerances from engineering drawing of products
