We have a new and exciting opportunity to introduce a role at Management level to bolster our packing team! This role will be First Line Manager / Warehouse Manager level, and will encompass Contract Packing management as well as planning for part of the Warehouse team.

At Lemonpath, we offer contract packing and logistics solutions to all retailers, big & small. We are looking to grow the business over the next couple of years so progression opportunities are waiting!

This is a key management role and much of it will be spent in person in the Contract Packing/Production Area monitoring progress of all packing schedules and rapidly responding to any unexpected challenges.

The role requires the management of all the Contract Packing staff within your area and this includes absence management and addressing poor performance, training issues and misconduct in a transparent, consistent and fair manner. It also includes ensuring the reliable flow of Agency staff and in line with budget or forecast.

The role requires continuous improvement initiatives to support improving productivity and service, ensuring production lines are efficient using the best layouts, automation and latest technology. Timings and the continued monitoring of the production lines will support the continuous improvement plan.

Role Responsibility:



Liaise daily with operational management to ensure full control of the Contract Packing Production Plan and any potential challenges, ensuring site capacities are shared. Work closely with the Production Controller to ensure there is sufficient labour resource as required at the correct skills level and within budget/forecast Ensure all product components and packing stock are available from the warehouse and at correct time Ensure all labour is trained to correct levels and is being correctly supervised, and adhere to SOPs and ISO standards. Monitor work flow by observing control points, ensuring effective processes are in place and collecting and analysing data Provide accurate management data/metrics and analysis on a regular basis and as requested Support the quality system to ensure all standards are met and exceeded and reported to the Inventory and Sustainability Director. Analyse and develop Company processes and strategies to optimise efficiency using innovation and technology. Professional qualifications:



Warehouse/Manufacturing and Packaging Diploma or Degree qualifications

CI training - desirable.

Knowledge and experience:



Motivation, dedication and passion

Strong leadership skills

Basic level of computer skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills

The salary for this role will be from 28,000 - 30,000 depending on experience with lots of potential for development and career progression.
